Community Change (dba CareerVisions, Ltd.) is a New York State-based, capacity-building consulting firm that supports schools, school districts, government agencies, not-for-profits, and institutions of higher education in strengthening their services and connections to youth, families and communities. We do this through six services: 1. educational programs; 2. parent and family engagement; 3. curricula and course development; 4. professional development; 5. strategic planning; and 6. grant writing.
